Chicken Noodle Casserole
I’m gonna take it way back for y’all and share a recipe that was popular when I was growing up. Its really filling and goes a long way!
What You Need:
1 pack of chicken breasts (We used a 3 pack)
1 large can of cream of chicken
1 large can of chicken broth
1 large bag of egg noodles
Shredded cheese (We use Sargento)
What You Do:
Preheat oven to 350
Boil chicken in chicken broth on low/medium heat for 1 hour
Boil egg noodles
In a bowl, shred boiled chicken
Combine shredded chicken with drained noodles and add cream of chicken
Spray baking dish with non stick spray
Add chicken, noodle, cream of chicken mixture to baking dish
Top with shredded cheese
Bake for 20 min.
