Crockpot Vegetable Stew
This is one of my favorite soups this time of year! Its simple to throw together and goes a long way. Also, its GREAT for leftovers!

Ingredients
- 1 64oz Campbells Tomato Juice
- 2 cans of beef broth
- 2 packages of brown gravy
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 bag of frozen vegetables
- 1 bag of nibbles potatoes
- About 3lbs of Beef Stew meat
- Onion powder to taste
- Salt/Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to crock pot
- Cook on high for 6hrs
