    Tip: when my cake comes out of oven I flip on plate then flip over on cake taker and seal it. Then in 30 minutes I come back and with towel
    Wipe off water. Cake is so moist from steam and still crusty on top. ā¤ļøšŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘
