One of my favorite things to share with you guys is what we are currently eating and snacking on as a family. In the busyness of life, it’s easier than you may think to grab snacks that are low in sugar. It just takes a shift in our way of thinking. If we choose to pick up healthier choices at the store and only have those stocked in our home, then that is what our family will be eating!
