A tub (or 2 tubes) of chocolate chip cookie dough

Colored marshmallows or peeps
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray or use parchment paper
- Form cookie round shape with dough
- Add marshmallows to center (or a single peep)
- Form another cookie round shape with dough and put on top of marshmallows (think cookie sandwhich)
- Close seams so that the marshmallows are closed up in the dough
- Place each cookie ball about 3 inches apart o pan. Cookie will expand a lot
- Bake for 12 mins or until golden brown
- Cool and serve
